About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Park School. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of our pupils
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to education and support
  • Use a therapeutic approach to teaching and working with SEN/SEMH pupils
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support their growth
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status and a degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs, although not essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
