Pastoral Support Staff Member

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Student Experience and Pastoral team as a Learning Support Assistant.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide a range of support services to students, including helping with coursework, assignments, and exams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group support to students with varying learning needs
- Assist students with coursework, assignments, and exams
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of educational principles and practices
- An ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week. You will be based at our Joseph Wright campus, with some flexibility to work across other sites as required.
The salary for this role is £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
