Austin Fraser is looking for an experienced Midlands Area Sales Director to lead the sales team in the Midlands and South.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop business and grow current accounts in the region. They will also be responsible for managing new and existing accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and reviewing sales performance.

We are offering a highly competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, along with a company car or car allowance, a lucrative bonus scheme based on results, 25 days holiday + statutory, pension scheme, and huge progression opportunities within the business.

About the Role

  • Developing business and growing current accounts in the Midlands and South.
  • Managing new and existing accounts in the region.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers by offering outstanding customer service at all times to meet their needs.
  • Reviewing sales performance.
  • They are ideally looking for someone who has a proven sales track record within the Power Transmission industry.
  • Would possibly consider someone who has not done external sales but is keen to learn.
  • Full UK Driving license.
