Job Title: Housing Guidance Navigator

**Job Description:**
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing vital support and guidance to individuals experiencing homelessness in Haringey. You will work closely with a team to ensure that clients have access to the services and opportunities they need to achieve positive housing, health, and learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide information and guidance to clients accessing Mulberry Junction resource centre
* Help clients connect with services and opportunities to achieve positive housing, health, and learning outcomes
* Work collaboratively with a team to tackle rough sleeping, reduce homelessness, and support individuals in achieving their personal goals

**Requirements:**
* Personal experience or understanding of issues affecting single homeless people or those at risk of homelessness
* Strong commitment to working responsively to support individuals plan and realise their aspirations and strengths
* Ability to work proactively and respectfully to reduce distress and conflict while maintaining boundaries and ensuring consistency
