Main Responsibilities

As a Multisite Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective repair and maintenance of equipment in LBO, Gaming, and Public house establishments to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring personal understanding of Tier and CPL, and fully engaging in the Tier process.
  • Carrying out the effective repair of equipment to the required quality standards.
  • Ensuring that response to service calls are within SLA targets as laid down by the company/customer.
  • Carrying out machine installations, changes, and removals, along with pre-wiring as required.
  • Controlling and replacing parts in accordance with laid down procedures.
  • Attending regular business review meetings with field management to discuss performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensuring that all administration documentation is completed and submitted in accordance with company procedures in a timely manner.
  • Providing service and maintenance to customers on a seven-day basis, working on shift rotas to suit business and customer requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Adept at solving problems.
  • Experience in servicing electronic or electromechanical products, such as gaming industry or office equipment.
  • Experience in networking and network products.
