At Sytner Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Production Lead to join our team in Sheffield.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee the productivity and efficiency of our Bodyshop department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, handling customer interactions, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the motor industry
  • Strong knowledge of Audatex Enterprise and Body Management System
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
