Job Description:

In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating educational programs and services designed to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students. You will work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions that address the unique needs of each student.

As a Mentorship and Education Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators who share your commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination:
  •   Coordinate educational programs and services to meet the diverse needs of our students.
  •   Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications and skills:

  • GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working within an SEN setting or supporting young people with SEN.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication for different audiences.
