Contracts Manager / Estimator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Estimator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing dynamic projects from planning to completion, working closely with clients and site management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project and cost management
  • Carry out site visits to assist on quotations and develop strong relationships with clients and site management
  • Estimating and ensuring accurate pricing for new projects
  • Liaise with senior leadership, clients, and contractors on site
  • Work 8:30am-5:30pm Monday - Friday, travelling regularly across London and the UK

Requirements:

  • Contracts Manager or similar experience
  • Estimating background
  • Commutable to Harlow
  • Happy to travel across the UK - Full Driving Licence
