Contracts Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our clients team at Mosaic Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring that contractual agreements are managed smoothly and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract Renewals and Amendments: Effectively manage contract renewals, amendments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and profitability.
  • Survey and Quotations: Conduct surveys for new contracts, generating asset lists and price frameworks for M&E plant or systems, and support additional work requests by generating quotations and liaising with clients to meet their budgets.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide reports on plant condition, life expectancy, and safety innovations, offering competitive recommendations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Site Audits and Health and Safety: Conduct site audits focusing on quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards, identify health and safety risks, and ensure necessary actions are taken.
  • Contract Development and Retendering: Maximise opportunities for contract development and re-tendering success.
Requirements:
  • Authorisation to Work: Authorisation to work in the UK.
  • Trade Qualification: Minimum Level 3 trade qualification in at least one discipline.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence.
  • Extensive Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and experience in building services.
