The Scotia Partnership Limited is seeking a highly skilled Stairlift Installation and Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Fife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing stairlifts, through floor lifts, step lifts and hoists for our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely responses to service calls and maintaining the highest standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain and service stairlifts, floor lifts, step lifts and hoists for clients
  • Ensure timely responses to service calls and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and remotely, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Experience in installing and servicing stairlifts, floor lifts, step lifts and hoists
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications or training in mobility aid installations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
