About the Role:
At Scotia Partnership Limited, we are seeking an experienced Stairlift Installation and Maintenance Professional to join our team in Fife. As a Stairlift Installation and Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing stairlifts, through floor lifts, step lifts, and hoists for our clients. You will ensure timely responses to service calls and maintain the highest standards of customer care.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain stairlifts, through floor lifts, step lifts, and hoists in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of mobility aids
  • Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • Experience in installing and servicing stairlifts, through floor lifts, step lifts, and hoists
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications or training in mobility aid installations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
