Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Producing mechanical building services design calculations using industry-standard software such as Hevacomp and IES
  • Supervising the installation of building services systems, undertaking commissioning management and specifying maintenance and operating procedures
  • Carrying out project design and completing H&S risk assessments to meet current CDM regulation requirements

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000-£60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a company pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and hybrid working to support a healthy work-life balance.
