We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician Lead to join our team at M-Sport UK. As a key member of our Hydraulics team, you will be responsible for the service and rebuild of high-performance brake callipers, dampers, power steering systems, and hydraulic pumps. Your duties will include building and setting up hydraulic components, planning and organising manufacture, service, and repair, and liaising with the Engineering Department to operate in-house dyno facilities.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar mechanical/automotive background
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
