About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Curriculum Developer to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. This is a part-time opportunity that will play a vital role in shaping the future of education within our foundation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Develop high-quality curricula that meet the evolving needs of students and employers, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Quality Improvement: Undertake quality improvement activities to support the curriculum area, focusing on continuous enhancement and excellence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to contribute to the College's planning, marketing, and promotional activities, maximising recruitment in the curriculum area.
  • Safeguarding: Safeguard the welfare of students, staying up-to-date with relevant industry and academic developments, and maintaining a commitment to child protection.
