About the Role

As a Senior Interior Architect, you will be at the forefront of design innovation, leading a talented team and engaging directly with clients, under the guidance of the Associate Director. This position demands an individual who can oversee projects from the initial concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers and architects to deliver high-quality interior design projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
