We are seeking a talented Dedicated Programs Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting and developing programs designed to attract and retain top talent.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing programs that support the onboarding process for new hires. This will include managing logistics, ensuring participants have the necessary resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing pre-start inquiries and providing in-program support.
  • Oversee pre-hire audits, manage escalations, and support part-time extension processes.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, and Programs teams to facilitate onboarding, including tech deployment and workspace planning.
  • Manage virtual regional onboarding sessions and oversee the Mentorship Program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in University Recruiting, Intern Program Operations, or Diversity Recruiting Programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML is a plus.
