Behaviour Intervention Coach

We are looking for a skilled Behaviour Intervention Coach to join our team at Academics. As a Behaviour Intervention Coach, you will work closely with our students who require additional support due to special educational needs (SEN).
Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualised support to students, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve academic success. This may involve creating and implementing behaviour intervention plans, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and work independently. We offer a competitive salary of around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, promoting social, emotional, and academic development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to ensure effective communication and shared goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
