Facade Contracts Manager

We are working with a leading façade contractor, Purobuild, who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Façade Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team working on a range of residential and non-residential building envelope projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage roofing and cladding projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- 5+ years of experience in roofing and cladding, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques.
