About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team in a global service business based near Quinton. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a small, talented team within a growing, finance department that operates across the entire company.

The true aim of this role is to help drive and develop the commercial reporting for our manufacturing side of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business partnering team for the manufacturing function, including process improvements across the manufacturing site
  • Manage a small team of part qualified and qualified staff
  • Take full ownership of commercial planning and forecasting
  • Manage monthly and quarterly KPIs, ensuring accurate corporate reporting
  • Lead the manufacturing Finance function, reporting directly to the CFO
  • Provide support and input during key operations meetings
  • Resolve any issues that arise within the team or processes
  • Project management and analysis of the financial impact of large, manufacturing and finance projects
  • Ensure accounting policies are adhered to
  • Contribute to the annual budget process
  • Address any internal and external audit queries
  • Oversee stocktaking procedures
