About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team at The Edmund Trust Careers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities, including those with Autism
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues, families, and service users
  • Leading a team of support staff and mentoring them to achieve their full potential
  • Developing and implementing person-centered care plans
  • Collaborating with families and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
Requirements
  • Experience of supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities, including those with Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Commitment to person-centered care and the values of The Edmund Trust
