Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee two supported living services, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.
  • Work closely with family members and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Adhere to The Edmund Trust's values and principles, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field, with a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with a learning disability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, family members, and residents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the organization.
