Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and caring SEN Support Worker/ Teaching Assistant to join our team at SNAP Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting Thomas' educational and personal development, working closely with our therapy team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to Thomas, enhancing his communication skills and physical health;
  • Working closely with our therapy team to develop and implement a rehabilitation plan;
  • Assisting Thomas with daily activities and household duties at home;
  • Accompanying Thomas on short breaks/holidays, providing additional care and support when needed.
