About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Ward Manager to lead our client's 12-bed male acute unit at a well-established mental health hospital. This facility provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient specialist mental health services for adults within a secure and supportive environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding our client's high standards of patient care and contributing to the ongoing success of their services.

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team.
  • Oversee and implement individualized patient care plans with a focus on recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.
