Theatre Anaesthetist

We are currently recruiting for an Anaesthetic and Recovery Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Spire Fylde Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ODP/Nurse with an anaesthetic module to take on a challenging role, working closely with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Theatre Operations: Manage theatre operations, coordinating pre-surgical preparation, surgical procedures, and post-operative care.
• Clinical Governance: Maintain high standards of clinical governance, adhering to policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating clearly with colleagues and patients to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

This role requires a strong understanding of theatre protocols and procedures, as well as excellent clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As a successful candidate, you will possess a registered ODP/Nurse qualification with an anaesthetic module, and have previous experience working in anaesthetics and recovery. Our competitive salary range starts at £40,000 and goes up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
