About the Job

We are seeking a Complex Needs Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children with complex needs and have experience in a similar setting.

About the Role

  • Support Students with Severe and Complex Needs: Provide support to students with severe and complex needs, including personal care and medical needs monitoring.
  • Develop Positive Relationships: Develop positive relationships with students to create a safe and happy learning environment.
  • Maintain Health and Safety Standards: Maintain health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience Working with Individuals with PMLD
  • Basic Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures
  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or Teaching Support.
