At Bridgfords, we're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our residential sales team in York. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll embark on an industry-leading development and training program, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in this exciting role.
About the Role
As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll be trained to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You'll work closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional service to our clients and help them achieve their property goals.

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
