Corporate Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Services Manager to join our growing Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our customers, including Street Works Product Consultancy, Pre-sales and identifying opportunities, Business Analysis, Job Scheduling and Task Management, Solution development, Training and associated materials, and Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Street Works Product Consultancy: Focus on identifying and delivering high-quality services to customers.
- Pre-sales and identifying opportunities: Collaborate with customers to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives.
- Business Analysis: Gain a full understanding of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Job Scheduling and Task Management: Manage your own time and prioritize tasks in accordance with objectives set by management.
- Solution development: Assist in the development of both the product and services, shaping the future direction.
- Training and associated materials: Conduct key user training to customers in your areas of specialization.
- Customer Support: Provide third-line functional support on escalations.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of one day based in the office and 4 days working from home per week. You will be required to travel regularly, sometimes including overnight stays and/or travel in the evenings. A driving license is essential, and ideally clean.
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills and understanding of the software implementation process.
- Great communication skills, able to adjust the style of delivery to varying audiences.
- Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously, identifying key priorities.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and diligent in preparation.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven knowledge of analyst frameworks, business processes, and business requirements methodologies.
- Proven ability to integrate with teams and build relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills as well as creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
