Head of Building Safety

This Housing Association is seeking a detail-focused individual with great interpersonal skills for a busy Head of Building Safety role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of the Association's residents and the compliance of their buildings.
- Play a crucial role in implementing the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Fire Safety Act 2021.
- Work collaboratively with the Building Safety team to achieve a varied and engaging environment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to promote resident wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Flexibility, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- A great sense of humour to work in a busy, fast-paced office.
