Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our digital assets trading infrastructure. This includes monitoring transaction activity, performing reconciliations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee operational processes related to digital assets trading, custody, and settlement.
- Monitor transaction activity and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Develop and maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and developments related to digital assets.
- Coordinate with external partners, including exchanges, custodians, and service providers.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with compliance efforts, including KYC/AML procedures and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or related roles within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to digital assets or blockchain technology.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
- Practical and provable experience with Fireblocks, Copper, or an equivalent custody solution.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and interact with clients.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to digital assets is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
