Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to help them access the curriculum.
  • Assisting teachers in monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing feedback as required.
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or speech and language difficulties, by adapting resources and strategies to suit their learning styles.
  • Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior support strategies.
