Job Title: HGV Mechanic Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a HGV Mechanic Apprentice at our Monkspath (Solihull) Distribution Centre.

About the Role:

As a HGV Technician Apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training and instruction while assisting our workshop staff in the day-to-day running of the workshop. You will work towards the provision of a well-maintained internal vehicle fleet, learning about servicing, inspections, fault finding, diagnostic work, and the removal, repair, and replacement of components and technology in our workshops.

Apprenticeship Details:

The apprenticeship will last a total of four years, with three years spent completing an HGV Technician course and gaining an S/NVQ level three qualification. You will attend college on a block release basis and spend the remainder of your time gaining practical skills in our workshops. The fourth year will be spent working full-time in our workshop, gaining valuable experience.
