Join REED Specialist Recruitment as a highly skilled Health & Safety Advisor in our Manufacturing/Construction business, based in Northern Ireland. Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
This full-time position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance work from home and on-site. As part of our dedicated Health & Safety team, you will report to the Health & Safety Manager and work alongside 2 other Advisors. Key responsibilities include conducting regular health and safety visits and audits at operational locations and contract sites, aligning with company targets. You will promote a positive safety culture among employees and subcontractors, implementing and upholding the CRH Life Saving Rules and the Ireland Materials Health & Safety strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH H&S Certificate minimum and degree-level education or equivalent professional experience. At least 2 years' experience in an operational health and safety role, ideally within the construction, building materials, or manufacturing industries is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
