Role: Area Property Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facility, including security, maintenance, and other services.
  • Ensure the needs of the organisation, employees, and visitors are met.
  • Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, and quality.
  • Identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate.
  • Manage the preparation, approval, and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation.

Requirements:

  • Facilities Management experience.
  • Contract and Supplier Management skills.

Location: Chelmsford & The Mount (Hemel Hempstead) - 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday).

Contract Length: 3 months initial contract.
