This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

About the Job

As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. You will oversee the preparation of delicious food to the highest standards, supervise culinary and catering teams, and ensure the efficient operation of all in-unit catering activities. Regular communication with your line manager is essential to monitor KPIs and targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to lead from the front and motivate others. You should also have a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2.
