We are seeking a highly motivated Courier to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the area.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, between 07:30 and 16:30. Due to operational demand, you will be required to work every Saturday and Sunday, with Sundays based at our Spalding Delivery Office.

The ideal candidate will be an upbeat, independent, and self-motivated individual who is organised, punctual, and able to deliver great customer service. You will have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is also essential.

What We Offer

As a Courier with Royal Mail, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.54 per hour, paid monthly. Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), as well as a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.
