Job Description: As a Care Team Deputy, you will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our residents. You will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of care programs, managing shift patterns, and maintaining high standards of care delivery.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People, as well as relevant experience in a similar setting. You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
