We are seeking a Senior Associate, Stakeholder Relationship Management to cover maternity leave on a 12-month FTC. This role will play a pivotal part in delivering the SRM Roadmap and ensuring account management of Lloyd's key stakeholders is supported by robust change management and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, SRM to develop and refine Lloyd's SRM vision.

• Engage with internal customers and business users to understand stakeholder processes and engagement strategies.

• Utilise insights to support informed business decisions.

• Champion SRM adoption across Lloyd's global Corporation.

• Ensure access and training for business teams and SRM users.

• Collaborate with SRM Champions and Super Users to drive behavioural change.

• Manage SRM communication channels and oversee the availability of necessary information.

• Collaborate with the SRM Virtual Team to stay updated on changes and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure SRM data quality and partner with the SRM Data resource to prioritise data quality.

• Collect continuous feedback from market-facing employees and identify areas for improvement.

• Review SRM usage statistics and develop plans to champion good practices.

• Provide end-user support and promote the SRM System as the central source of stakeholder data.

Requirements:

• Relevant CRM knowledge and awareness.

• Experience engaging with and influencing cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of the application of CRM systems in a commercial environment.

• Knowledge of the Lloyd's market/operations and financial structure is preferred but not essential.
