Healthcare Support Coordinator

Join us at Bupa as a Healthcare Support Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for day-to-day unit management, supporting with clinical duties, driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, and assisting residents with personal care duties. The ideal candidate will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.54 per hour, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including 28 days holiday, sick pay scheme, and long service rewards.
