Job Description

Main Duties:
  • Create and implement effective training plans to cater to learner needs.
  • Evaluate learner competence through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure accurate records of learner progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and maintain consistency in delivery.


Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should hold a GCSE A*-C or equivalent in maths and English, alongside possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for training and development is also essential.
