Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Group, covering Gainsborough & Scunthorpe. As a key member of our external sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our wide range of products across our businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with customers, key stakeholders, and suppliers to maximise customer opportunities, grow and maintain relationships, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts across an agreed area, identifying opportunities to develop new profitable business into the area's branch network and the wider business.
- Staying up-to-date with market conditions and large-scale construction projects within the area, adding value to our customers' businesses through activities such as project plans, supplier contacts, and offering advice through your industry-specific knowledge.
We are looking for a positive and confident individual with a strong work ethic, a passion for sales and customer service, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Previous sales experience and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets are essential.
