Clinical Lead Nurse Role

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with nurses and carers to ensure residents receive the best care.
  • Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.
  • Train, support and mentor others to promote best nursing practice.
  • Encourage positive working relationships within the team.
  • Have a good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance.

Requirements:

  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
