Clinical Lead Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a beautiful Nursing home in Lowestoft. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in the Nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with nurses and carers to ensure residents receive the best care and meet their needs through excellent nursing and clinical care.
  • Lead the nursing team and ensure they are supported by the management team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure, ensuring the well-being of residents and staff.
  • Promote best nursing practice and train, support, and mentor others to achieve excellence in care.
  • Encourage positive working relationships within the team and foster a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
