Principal Engineering Specialist

Henderson Scott UK seeks an experienced Principal Engineering Specialist to contribute to the design and implementation of sophisticated missile systems.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex systems, ensuring that they meet stringent technical requirements and performance standards.About the Job
  • Leverage systems engineering best practices to deliver advanced systems.
  • Develop and maintain product requirement specifications, aligning them with customer needs.
  • Utilize tools like DOORS and Rhapsody to analyze system behavior (SysML proficiency desired).
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Evaluate and manage work packages, adhering to Defence, Military, and Aerospace regulations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in systems engineering within complex environments.
  • Familiarity with engineering tools and languages such as SysML.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong passion for innovation and commitment to professional growth.
  • Background in defence, aerospace, government, or the Armed Forces is beneficial.
