We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our Children and Learning Directorate as the Head of Children's Quality Assurance and Improvement. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference for children and young people in the London Borough of Camden.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a quality assurance framework that ensures excellence in all children's and learning services.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver quality assurance, safeguarding, practice improvement, and workforce development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality assurance is embedded across all services, including SEND and Youth Justice.

- Qualified social worker with a strong track record of leadership in local authority children's services.
- Experience of leading transformational change and demonstrable impact on the lives of children.
- Deep theoretical knowledge of social work and relational practice.
