About the Role
Hunts Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join their team as a Caring Support Professional in a supportive environment working with adults with additional learning needs near Southampton City Centre. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to providing high-quality care and life experiences to vulnerable individuals. Your primary responsibilities include assisting in the overall daily management of the home, coordinating activities during shifts, and supporting new staff members in implementing procedures and service user guidelines.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to facilitate effective collaboration within the staff team. Additionally, they will be responsible for administering medication in accordance with Company Policy and CQC guidelines, following provided training.
