HC-One is seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional care and support to residents in our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Bank Care Assistant, providing flexible and reliable care to residents in need. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes resident-centered care and well-being.
Salary and Benefits- An hourly rate of £9.50-£11.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will assist residents with personal care activities, deliver high-quality care, and maintain their dignity. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care, such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals
- Delivering empathetic and compassionate care to residents
- Maintaining resident confidentiality and respecting their autonomy
- Supporting residents with mobility issues and adapting to their needs
- Offering emotional support to distressed or confused residents
- Safeguarding residents' well-being and reporting concerns
