Customer Supply Chain Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide optimal supply chain service to indirect customers, ensuring timely order fulfillment and cost efficiency.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and commercial teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Drive departmental efficiencies by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, implementing improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a willingness to challenge and improve processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and experience with SAP is an advantage.
