Customer Supply Chain Apprentice

Join L'Oréal's Professional Products Division as a Customer Supply Chain Apprentice and play a key role in supporting our customers to increase product availability, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Customer Supply Chain Manager and Customer Supply Chain Executive in working with customers to deliver a best-in-class supply chain service.
  • Work directly with customers and commercial teams to learn how to provide an optimal level of supply chain service.
  • Develop skills in handling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and knowledge.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring stock availability is high, working with distribution centers and planning teams as needed.
  • Drive departmental efficiencies by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve service to customers.
  • Contribute to the continuous feedback loop by acting on customer feedback and supporting the team in implementing improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong prioritization and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to challenge ways of working and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
