About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Director to join our team at PYVITAL in Birmingham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our customer service team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of five customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Supervise the warehousing team to ensure efficient operations and optimize logistics.
  • Take an active role in day-to-day operations, providing support across customer service and warehousing as necessary to ensure seamless processes.
  • Conduct audits of current processes and systems within the customer service team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Engage with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support sales initiatives and provide guidance to the customer service team to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product range through comprehensive training provided by the company.
Key Competencies
