Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Care Support Professional to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. This role offers a chance to make a real difference in people's lives, promoting independence and dignity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing live-in care to clients in their own homes
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Assisting with medication administration and providing medication reminders
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
  • Helping with household chores and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care setting
  • Knowledge of adult care principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts
